What is the biggest error in the Bible?

Some believe the Bible is without error. Others see errors and/or contradictions. What about you? If you see the Bible as containing errors and contradictions, which would you point out as the biggest error, or the greatest contradiction? For those who do not see errors and contradictions, only where the Bible addresses different issues in their own individual context, how do you respond to people who point out what they see as a 'Biblical error'?
