Knowingly texting a driver could land you in court [feedly]

Now this is going over board! Just because you recieve a text, doesn't mean you have to read it that second! There's always time to pull over to read it, or even wait to you get to your destination to read it.  Even when I'm at my desk at work or at home relaxing I don't jump to read a new text message. Sometimes as much as an hour could pass before I get to it.

Knowingly texting a driver could land you in court
In a New Jersey case, lawyers argue that someone who texted a driver involved in a crash was "electronically in the car." An appeals court agrees that those who text drivers could be liable.
