JVC has announced on their blog site their entry into the ever growing POV action camera market. The JVC GC-XA1 ADIXXON doesn’t require a waterproof housing, weighs in at .28lbs (126 grams), and is waterproof to 5 m ( 16.4 feet), shockproof , dust-proof, and freeze-proof. The unit includes built in Wi-Fi, 1.5″ LCD, image stabilization, and offers full HD 1920×1080/30fps and 1280X720/60fps recording. The built in Wi-Fi allows smartphone linking, streaming, and remote control out of the box.
The unit will be available in late summer for $349.95.
