Apple Feeling EU Heat Due To Warranty Issues

The European Union has a reputation for some pretty nice consumer protection laws. Of course, those laws are only worthwhile so long as people are aware of them, and Apple’s finding itself in the hot seat now due to what could possibly be seen as misleading consumers over such issues in its advertising. The heart of the matter is the one-year manufacturer warranty Apple offers for its iPhones and iPads.
