I switch to my AT&T LTE MiFi and now I'm seeing 6.5 to 7.0 Mbs upload speed. I'm glad I have my AT&T MiFi for times like this. I don't use it all the time because I only have a 6 Gb family shared plan with AT&T but my Verizon iPhone from work has unlimited data and only costs me $10 a month.
