Whenever I use the Personal Hot Spot on my Verizon iPhone 5, I have it plugged in and the battery would charge and stay at 100%, but lately the battery drains faster than charging can maintain it. Two or three times I have the phone automatically turn off the personal hot spot because the battery got to low. This all has been since the last software update.
