Apple’s 30-Pin To Lightning Adapter Is Way More Expensive Than Expected

Last week, we heard a rumor about what Apple might be thinking for letting everyone who has a bunch of old 30-pin iPhone accessories continue to use them with the iPhone 5 and its new, smaller, Lightning connector. Back then, the word was that Apple was likely to charge about $10 a pop for the adapters, which seemed pretty reasonable.
